Fireplace Painting Prep

 I’ve decided to paint my fireplace. I need to brighten up my living room. I thought about painting the whole house all in white, but that was going to be a little pricey. So I made a decision to just paint the fireplace white. My fireplace is an oak natural wood and I liked it as it was for a long time but I think a change would be good. Here’s how it looks.

Off to Home Depot to buy the primer in white for the tile, the Rust-Oleum chalk paint in Linen White and numerous paint brushes, only because I wasn’t sure exactly what brush would be best!
