Dinner for One

It’s been snowing as of late and what’s better than staying in by the fireplace enjoying comfort food!

I prepared braised beef ravioli with fresh mushrooms sautéed in white wine, a squeeze of fresh lemon and a sprinkle of chilli flakes with a chilled flute of Champagne. 🍾🥂❤️
